San Francisco is a beautiful city. Interestingly, it reminded me of New Orleans in non-superficial ways. Both cities have faced catastrophic challenges unimaginable for other modern major American cities. (Yes, I know about Chicago. Be quiet.) I hope New Orleans finds the ability to harness their spirit the same way San Francisco did a hundred years ago.

I said I’d stop being boring, but I didn’t say anything about being understandable.

The Dixie Chicks new video is amazing. It’s called “Not Ready to Make Nice.” I do encourage you to watch the video. You can also add the song to your iTunes (option-click on the Mac, alt-click on Windows).

I saw Basic Instinct 2 this weekend. Sharon Stone is amazing. I know the movie got terrible reviews, and I’m not sure why, because I thought the movie was killer (no pun intended). Go see it.
