Giving Google a bad name.

Well, after nearly three weeks, I got a response. Just not the one I was hoping for.

This isn’t the sort of customer service or reliability that has made Google famous. If this is the best they can do, Google needs to know, because I don’t think they’d want this obvious lack of customer commitment to be sapping customer goodwill…
