I wished I could have stood.

If you had worked at Enron, WorldCom, or Qwest prior to their self-destruction, and if you had known about the issues that brought those organizations down, you would have had a responsibility to do something to try and fix whatever was wrong.

I believe that there’s something inhumane about standing by while people lose their jobs, their pensions, their livelihood.

I’m human.
